When Will I receive my badge?
IMMEDIATELY! You will be able to print it out yourself.
In prior years individuals received their badge in the mail, however we have streamlined the process so you and your staff may print your badges directly from the Glazier Clinics website.You will need to login with the email address and the password you entered during registration to print your badge for each venue you have signed up for. If you forget your badge on the clinic day, you will be on the registration roster at the clinic and will be given a hand-written badge.
How do I add my coaches to my Staff Season Pass?
Log in at www.glazierclinics.com. Click on the "Glazier Clinic Online" tab. Scroll down to "Manage Your Season Pass." Enter each assistant coach's first name, last name and email address. After the coaches are added, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you entered with the instructions they will need to set up their own accounts.
Which clinics may I attend?
You may attend any Glazier Clinic with a season pass- even if you had not initially registered for that clinic. Just print a badge for the clinic you will be attending.
How do I view the online content?
Log in at www.glazierclinics.com. Click on the "Glazier Clinic Online" tab. Once you are logged in your will see links for the online instructional videos, clinic notes, etc…
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC and Discover), POs and checks. If you select PO or check, you will receive an electronic invoice.
What if my assistant coaches are not receiving the "Invite" email for Glazier Clinic Online?
Some schools have very tight Internet filters. Be sure to have your coaches check their spam and junk folders. If the emails are still not coming through, you can change their email address on your "Staff Management" page to an alternate email address.
Do I have to pre-register to attend a clinic?
No. We accept walk-up registrations at each clinic. The walk-up registration fee is slightly higher than the online registration fee.
If I am registering via fax, should I fax the registration and then send the check in the mail, or just mail it all at once?
Please fax in the registration form even if you don't have a check to include. You will receive an invoice via email and you may then mail the check and invoice together.
How do I get a confirmation for my registration?
We will automatically email a confirmation to the email address you provide on your registration form.
What are the rules for the youth scholarship?
The Riddell Youth Scholarship program provides youth football coaches free admittance to the Glazier Clinics. Qualifying youth coaches will not hold a football coaching position with any type of school or professional sports organization. High school and junior high school coaches are not eligible for this scholarship program. For complete qualification information, please go to the Coaching Clinics tab and click on Youth Coach Scholarships and follow the link to the Riddell website. To obtain a certificate, you may either download a certificate or fill-in a certificate online. Qualifying youth coaches should not register directly with Glazier Clinics as this will generate an invoice. For a McDavid/sportdecals GCO scholarship, go to the GCO tab and click on Youth Scholarship and complete the form.
I signed up for the Riddell Youth Scholarship Program and have not received my certificate. The clinic starts this week. What do I do?
Once you apply through Riddell, you are signed up with Glazier Clinics. You should have received a confirmation email which provides a certificate download link. You will not receive a certificate from Riddell. You must print it out using the confirmation email. If you do not print your certificate before the clinic start date, please go to the clinic and you will be required to fill out a certificate at the onsite registration desk.
May I include youth coaches on my Staff Season Pass?
Yes.
How does the Season Pass work?
The Season Pass enables coaches to attend all of our clinics for one low price. The Season Pass can be purchased as an individual or as a staff. In addition to clinic attendance, Season Pass holders have year-round access to Glazier Clinic Online training videos, clinic notes, and live webinars.
Will I receive my Season Pass at the clinic or before?
In prior years individuals received their badge in the mail but we have now streamlined the process so you and your staff may print your badges from the Glazier Clinic website.You will need to login with the email address and the password you entered during registration to print your event badge for each venue you have signed up for. You will need to take your badge to every clinic you attend and check in at the onsite registration desk. However, if you do not print your badge, a temporary name badge will be available at the onsite registration desk.
How many coaches can I bring on a staff registration?
The staff registration includes an unlimited number of coaches, as long as they all coach for your school or your feeder programs.
Where can I find a schedule of speakers for the clinic?
Go the Coaching Clinics tab and click on 2012 Cities & Dates and your city to see the hotel information, followed by the schedule of speakers, topics and their start times.
Is there a single-clinic price for our staff?
Our season pass price includes access for your entire staff to one or all Glazier Clinics, Glazier Clinic Online and vendor discounts.
