How does the Season Pass work?
The Season Pass enables coaches to attend all of our clinics for one low price. The Season Pass can be purchased as an individual or as a staff. In addition to clinic attendance, Season Pass holders have year-round access to the Glazier Vault, which includes access to Glazier Clinic Online training videos, clinic notes, live webinars, eFootballFlix and Head Coach Academy.
Here is our pricing for 2017:
Individual Season Pass $119
Access limited to one coach to any or all clinics and all the online content.
3 Coach Season Pass $239
Access limited to three coaches to any or all clinics and all the online content.
4 Coach Season Pass $299
Access limited to four coach to any or all clinics and all the online content.
Staff Season Pass $459
Access for entire coaching staff, including feeder program coaches to any or all clinics and all the online content.
Is there a single clinic price for our staff?
We do not have a pass for a single clinic. Our Staff Season Pass price includes access for your entire staff to attend any or all Glazier Clinics. It also gives your staff full access to eFootballflix, Glazier Clinic Online, Head Coach Academy, and vendor discounts.
When will my Season Pass expire?
Your Season Pass will expire on December 31st of the clinic year for which you are registering.
Which clinics may I attend?
You may attend any Glazier Clinic with a Season Pass, even if you did not select that clinic during registration.
How many coaches can I bring on a Staff Pass?
The Staff Pass registration includes an unlimited number of coaches, as long as they all coach for your school or your feeder programs.
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX), POs and checks. If you select PO or check, you will receive an electronic invoice.
Do I have to pre-register to attend a clinic?
No. We accept walk-up registrations at each clinic. The walk-up registration fee is slightly higher than the online registration fee.
How do I get a confirmation for my registration?
We will automatically email a confirmation to the email address you provide on your registration form.
Where can I find a schedule of speakers for the clinic?
Go to the Coaching Clinics tab, click on Cities & Dates, then click your city. Once on the city page, click "Speakers & Topics" for the full clinic schedule: speakers, topics, and their start times.
How do I Add / Edit Clinics on my Season Pass?
Simply log in to www.glazierclinics.com. Click on "Manage Account," and then scroll down and click on "Edit Clinics." Then print a badge for the clinic you will be attending.
How do I print my badge?
You can immediately print your badge by logging in with the email address and password you entered during registration. Click on "Print Badge/Manage Account." You may print your badge for each clinic venue you selected. If you forget your badge on the clinic day, you will be on the registration roster at the clinic and will be given a hand-written badge.
How do I add my coaches to my Staff Season Pass?
Click the Login button at the top right corner of the screen. Click on "Manage Account." Scroll down and click on "Update Coaches." Click on "Add a Coach." Enter each assistant coach's first name, last name and email address. After the coaches are added, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you entered with the instructions they will need to set up their own accounts.
Are clinics ever cancelled due to weather?
We have never cancelled a clinic.
How do I view the online content?
To view the content, go to the Glazier Vault and click Login. Use the same login information you use to log into glazierclinics.com. You will then be able to see the content you have access to.
Are eClinics and webinars archived for later viewing?
It is at the sole discretion of the speaker whether he will allow an eClinic to be archived. If the eClinic is going to be archived, it takes about 2 weeks for the eClinic to be made available on our site. You can search for an archived eClinic by name, date or topic.
All webinars do get archived for later viewing. It usually takes our IT department one to two weeks after the original airing to get the webinars reformatted & available on our website.
What if my assistant coaches are not receiving the confirmation email for Glazier Clinic Online?
Some schools have very tight Internet filters. Be sure to have your coaches check their spam and junk folders. If the emails are still not coming through, you can change their email address on your "Staff Management" page to an alternate email address.
How do I apply to become a speaker at a clinic?
If you would like to be considered as a speaker, please go to this link (www.glazierclinics.com/coaching_clinics/speaker_application). The directors of the onsite clinic at which you would like to speak will take your application into consideration.
