Exhibitor Terms and Conditions: General

Exhibit space will be allocated ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT. Glazier Clinics reserves the right to decline a contract, refuse clinic admittance and/or remove any exhibitor from a clinic at its sole discretion. In the event of such action, Glazier Clinics is not liable for any refund, fees or other exhibit-related expense. No exhibitor shall sublet, assign, or share any part of the space allocated without written consent of Glazier Clinics. Solicitations, demonstrations, distributions of promotional material, signage and all material MUST BE CONFINED WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF THE RESPECTIVE EXHIBITOR SPACE ALLOCATED. All exhibitors are responsible for the security of their property at all times. Neither Glazier Clinics, nor hotel, assumes any responsibility. All property of the exhibitor shall be deemed to be under his/her custody and control in transit to, from and/or within the confines of the exhibit hall. At exhibitors sole cost, exhibitor shall purchase and maintain, in commercially reasonable amounts, insurance for protection from claims under worker's compensation and other employment benefit acts, claims for damages because of bodily injury including death, and from claims for damages which may arise out of or result from exhibitors operation under this agreement, whether such operations be by the exhibitor or by anyone directly or indirectly engaged by exhibitor, including products liability.

No firm or organization, not assigned space will be permitted to solicit business at the clinic.

Neither Glazier Clinics, nor the hotel, will be responsible for any injury loss or damage that may be caused by or occur to the exhibitor or to the exhibitor’s employees, agents or property from any cause prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. The exhibitor signing this contract expressly releases Glazier Clinics, the hotel and their respective agents and employees, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless them and each of them from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting from or connected with the transportation, placing, removal, custody or display of exhibits.

Attendance Guarantee

The Attendance Guarantee is null and void if acts of God, war, disaster, mass illness or epidemic, curtailment of transportation, imperiling weather or other such emergencies severely restrict or prevent Glazier Clinics from holding the clinics, or coaches from attending the clinics. In the event Glazier Clinics attendance is below the guarantee, the refund amount will be equal to the percentage difference between the actual attendance and the guaranteed attendance. Any refunds due will be delivered within 12 months from the clinic date.

Special Conditions and Prohibitions

No more than three (3) company representatives are permitted to be in the allotted exhibit space at a time. Any additional representatives will be required to leave the clinic area unless an additional booth is purchased at retail price. Equipment, signage, materials that do not fit inside the booth space allotted by Glazier will be removed unless sufficient booth space is purchased. Equipment must not inhibit traffic flow for attendees.

Children and "prospective student-athletes" as defined by the NCAA, are not allowed to be in attendance at Glazier Clinics, including in the exhibit area.

No Company, whose primary business is food and/or beverage sports performance products is permitted to exhibit at Glazier clinics without written consent from Glazier Clinics. Sports performance food and beverages are strictly prohibited from being sold and/or advertised at Glazier clinics without written consent by Glazier Clinics.

No company whose primary business is video editing, video exchange, and/or sideline replay, is permitted to exhibit at Glazier clinics without written consent by Glazier Clinics. Video editing, video exchange and video replay services are strictly prohibited from being sold and/or advertised at Glazier clinics without written consent by Glazier Clinics.

No company, whose primary business is Sound and/or P.A. systems is permitted to exhibit at Glazier Clinics without written consent from Glazier Clinics. Sound and/or P.A. systems are strictly prohibited from being sold and/or advertised at Glazier clinics without written consent by Glazier Clinics.

Email/Letter Writing fundraising services are strictly prohibited from being sold and/or advertised at the Glazier clinics without written consent by Glazier Clinics.

The Glazier clinics in Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Minneapolis, New England Regional, Orlando, Phoenix, Red River (Texas. South Oklahoma), Seattle, St. Louis, Tampa, Tulsa and others have restrictions on permitted fundraising exhibitors. Contact Glazier for more information before registering.

Glazier Clinics reserves the right to have advertising, signage, displays, exhibitor personnel and exhibitors removed from the clinic if they are deemed to be detrimental to the clinic and or any terms and conditions are violated or at Glazier Clinics discretion.

Glazier Clinics reserves the right to cancel or deny exhibitor registrations at Glazier Clinics discretion. 

Cancellation Policy

Any booth cancellation refunds will be less 15% administrative fees until December 3. After January 1 no refunds will be given. The exhibitor is responsible for any attorney fees and litigation costs incurred by Glazier Clinics to collect booth fees. In the event of litigation, Colorado law will apply; prevailing party shall recover attorneys’ fees and all litigation costs.
