Oklahoma Co-Defensive Coordinator Jay Valai is a self described "Block Destruction Geek."  Our video below will show you seven of his block destruction drills that he uses at OU.

His entire presentation is "The Difference: Block Destruction & Drills for DB's" and can be found only on [Glazier Drive](https://production.glazierdrive.com/library/the-difference-block-destruction-drills-for-dbs).

DDF is the Difference!
Deliver the Blow
Disengage (Block Destruction)
Finish (Tackle or Force a Fumble

#1 rule of block destruction--you have to address the blocker.
Your power goes where your eyes go.

The Difference
1) Eyes on your target
2) Hair line to chin
3)  Wrists close together and elbows tight to rib cage
4) Violent strike--extend
5) Feet gain ground
6) Violent snag
