**Purpose**: To develop balance and agility and to teach how to land correctly on the ground from an upright position.

**Procedure**: Starting from a good football position, players broad jump with both feet shoulder width apart. Broad jump twice then forward roll, and then come up sprinting for 10 yards.

**Coaching Points**: Stress quickness, knee bend to get spring and leg snap when jumping, low center of gravity, and proper method of landing on the ground and coming up in a proper playing position.
