Defensive Line Machine Gun Drill

The Defensive Line Machine Gun drill is simple, yet effective. In order to run this drill, you’ll need to recruit some offensive players to participate.

The three offensive players start their movement on command by the coach.

• 1st level blocker gives a low crab block.
• 2nd level blocker blocks high, trying to get inside shoulder to outside shoulder of defender.
• 3rd level blocker is the ball carrier, attacking the outside arm.
