As offensive coordinators, your primary goal is to put your playmakers in positions to succeed. By leveraging stacks, bunches, and motions, you can create favorable matchups and spacing that allow your most dynamic athletes to use their talents to benefit the team and solve offensive problems.

In this video, Will Stein--OC and Quarterbacks Coach at Oregon, walks you throuugh some of how he does this.  When he created the clinic that this video was taken from, he held the same positions at the University of Texas San Antonio.

What does FTS mean?

- Feed the Studs
- Put your best players in positions to make plays to help the team win
- The system is molded to fit the best players on the team, not the  
  other way around
- Meritocracy--Earned not given
- Must be a great practice player in order to gain the trust of coaches and  
  teammates
- Does not always include ball carriers-Can be Offensive lineman
