Is the Founder of Lead ‘Em Up; a leadership & character program used by thousands of teams around the world.
For the past seven years, I've traveled the country working with athletic directors, coaches, athletes, teams & corporations helping them develop their individuals into the leaders needed to win.
Locally in the Baltimore/Washington region, I serve as the on-staff leadership coach/consultant with 5-6 high school and collegiate sports teams as well as 3-4 corporate organizations.
I'm the host of the Lead 'Em Up podcast and over the years have interviewed hundreds of leaders including high-profile guests such as Mark Cuban, Kevin Durant, Jay Bilas and many others.
In addition to my Lead 'Em Up work, I am the Lead Facilitator at the newly launched Towson University Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute; an outward-facing institute working with regional professional and corporate partners.
I live in Maryland with my wife of 14-years and two daughters; Georgia (6) and Lyla (3).

KYLE ELMENDORF

Is a core team member of Lead ‘Em Up; a leadership & character program used by thousands of teams around the world.
For the past six years, through Lead 'Em Up I've enjoyed working with athletic directors, coaches, athletes, teams & corporations helping them develop their individuals into the leaders needed to win.
I have taught and coached both football and basketball for close to 20 years. I now work with several local and national teams and organizations as a leadership coach/consultant.
I'm a regular co-host of the Lead 'Em Up podcast, community manager, content manager and serve as our Southwest Regional Coach.
I live in Southwest Florida with my wife of 14-years Angie and two sons; Brenner (12) and Layton (9).
