Of course! Your success is our top priority. We put exhibitors in the highest traffic areas, provide the longest break times in the industry, put your company name on our clinic-city webpage, and make on-site announcements. 

Early registration ensures you receive all necessary communications regarding discounted hotel rates, exhibit set up, tips for success, shipping instructions, etc. Registration up to the day of the clinic is allowed, but an ideal clinic experience is not promised, e.g., reps will have hand-written badges rather than professionally printed, etc. 

While each location’s setup is a bit different, the typical exhibit space is about six feet wide by six feet deep. It includes a six-foot table, two chairs, and a small wastebasket. You’re welcome to bring exhibit materials and a pop-up banner that fits within the six-foot space. If a double-exhibit space is purchased, the backdrop can be up to 12 feet wide.

We recommend staying at the hotel where the clinic is held. Glazier has arranged discounted rates only available for a limited time. Rates and additional exhibitor information can be found here.

A single exhibit space encompasses a six-foot space with two chairs so two representatives can engage coaches comfortably. If additional representatives are on site, additional exhibit space must be reserved.  

Coaches love free stuff, particularly pens, snacks, and product samples. Please note no alcohol may be sold, given away, or consumed in the clinic area.
