Glazier hosts the best football in-person coaching education clinics across the U.S. Virtually every NFL and power five school send their coaches to attend and speak. In addition, over 8,000 high schools send their coaches to train with Glazier. Packed with some of the best coaches in the game each clinic includes over 100 unique topics. The Unlimited Coach Season Pass offers the best value, granting immediate access to all your coaching staff, feeder schools, and affiliated youth programs. Remember to add all your coaches to the current season pass to ensure they have access.
Registering for Clinics:
- After purchasing a season pass and logging into your account, go to MY CLINIC PASS.
- Select the checkbox next to the clinic(s) you want to attend to register.
Printing Your Badge:
- Approximately 15 minutes after registration, your badge will be ready to print.
- Print and keep your badge handy for entry into the clinic.
Check-In at Clinics:
- Upon arrival at each clinic, make sure to check in at the registration desk.
We do not currently record any of our in-person clinic events. However, your Season Pass purchase includes immediate and full access to Glazier Drive, which covers virtually any clinic topic multiple times.
With a Season Pass, you and any coaches on your account can attend as many of the clinics as you want during the upcoming clinic season; it’s unlimited! Be sure to pre-register for any clinic you consider attending by logging into your account.
Our pricing is based on the cost of a single clinic, so go to just one or go to them all; it is the same price.
The Season Pass includes access to all of our clinics in 2026.
We offer a Single Coach Pass, a 4-Coach Pass, and an Unlimited Coach Pass for one program for your entire staff, yes, you heard that right, your entire staff. (which includes all coaches from your high school, middle school, and affiliated youth programs).
You do not have to be a high school or college-level coach to attend. Coaches of any level and position are welcome to attend. However, you must be at least 18 years of age or not currently attending high school.

Resetting Your Password:

If you can't log in and need to reset your password, try the following steps:
- Go to the login screen and click on the "Forgot Password" link.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
- If you don't receive the reset email, check your SPAM folder.
- If you still don't get the email, sometimes school firewalls block these messages.
First time user: Your email address is both your username and your password.
Returning user: Your password will be the same as last year.
Recovering Your Email Address:
- If you can't remember the email address linked to your account, contact your head coach or the account administrator.
- They can resend you an invite link to your registered email address.

There are two ways to add or remove coaches from your team.
Step one for both approaches will be to log in to your account.
Clinic Pass
During the Clinic season, you can add coaches to your team by clicking 'MY CLINIC PASS' in the top left corner of the Glazier Drive Dashboard
After clicking the link, there will be a section on the right-hand side of the screen that states 'ADD COACHES'
Enter your coach's name, email address, and coaching position.
Then choose whether or not you would like to add your coach as an admin by using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the Add Coach section.
This will send your coach an email invite to join the team.
This is the only way to add a coach as an admin; otherwise, contact us at support@glazierclinics.com or reach us at 719-536-0069
Glazier Drive
For all Drive-only subscriptions:
Find and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Click 'TEAMS' and then 'Manage Team'
There, you can change your team name, and by clicking the '+ Coach' button, you can add your coach by entering their name, email, and coaching position.
This will send your coach an email invite to join the team.

Administrators can:
- Update account information such as Team Name.
- Add or delete coaches for the Season Pass or Glazier Drive Subscription.
- Manage payment information and pay an account with a credit card.
- View purchase history.
- Access credit card receipts from recent purchases.
All administrative functions can be done by accessing the profile drop-down in the top right corner. We know that coaching staff changes happen frequently, and we recommend that at least two coaches have administrator access to make changes to the account.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

For Credit Card Payments:
- All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
For Purchase Orders:
- If a Purchase Requisition is needed, have the school send the purchase order to accounting@glazierclinics.com.
- To receive a purchase order you will need to contact your school office. It differs from school to school, but most offices will need a quote for the pass you wish to purchase.
- Contact us at support@glazierclinics.com or at 719-536-0069 and we can give you a quote.
- Once you have your purchase order, please go to glazierclinics.com and choose the pass you wish to purchase. Choose PO as your payment method and enter your PO details.
- An invoice will be automatically emailed to you. If you can not find it, please check your spam. Often, school emails will block our invoice email attempt. If this happens, please reach out to us at 719-536-0069 or at support@glazierclinics.com
For Check Payments:
- Select the "Check" option during checkout.
- An invoice will be automatically sent to your email after the purchase is completed.
- Log into your account.
- Click on the profile drop-down located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select "Account" from the drop-down menu.
- Update your credit card information in the Account section.
- Once you complete the payment process, you will receive a receipt.
