Running Back Sprint - Plant & Cut Drill
Ball carrier will sprint to the outside of each cone planting off his outside foot, for change of direction.
Ball carrier should always keep the ball on the outside of the cone. Ball should always be tucked with the tip of the ball being covered with the hand.
Finish the drill by sprinting for a hard five yards.
