Running Back Circle the Tire Drill

Running Back Circle the Tire Drill

Illustration of RUNNING BACK CIRCLE THE TIRE DRILL

To properly execute the RB Circle the Tire Drill, the ball carrier should keep his hips and feet underneath him. Don’t allow the feet to drift out, as this causes the feet to slip out from underneath you.

The RB should run this drill with a ball opposite the down hand.

The ball carrier will sprint to the next tire, drop his inside hand down in the side tire, do a 360-degree circle then sprint on a straight line to the next tire.
