With a Master’s in Sport Leadership from Michigan State University and over 13 years of event management experience, she specializes in creating meaningful, high-impact experiences for military communities. Inspired by her husband’s service in the Army National Guard and Marine Corps—and a family legacy of military dedication—she brings passion, purpose, and precision to every project. These connections inspire her commitment to creating impactful, meaningful experiences for military partners and the communities they serve. She especially enjoys traveling to different regions and learning what drives each local military community. Whether leading initiatives at Glazier or finding balance on a hiking trail or in her garden outside of work, she approaches each endeavor with energy, organization, and attention to detail.

David Tenison
With over 35 years in the game, David brings unmatched structure, passion, and leadership to every event. A former high school and NAIA national runner-up collegiate football player, he spent 34 seasons coaching Oklahoma high school football—72 playoff games, 14 semifinal appearances, 11 state championship games, and 7 football state titles to his name. He also added a baseball state championship to his résumé. David has served in six Oklahoma school districts and earned honors including Oklahoma/Texas Oil Bowl Coach (1993), OCA All-State Coach (2007), FCA Oklahoma All-State Coach (2019), and multiple Coach of the Year awards from the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame. A 20-year Glazier Clinics Director and 15-year speaker, he’s also worked alongside the U.S. Marines, facilitating leadership through weight room training. Lynette Butler
Lynette Shaw Butler is a retired police sergeant with over 27 years of service and the Founder and former Director of Veteran and Military Affairs at William Paterson University. She is the CEO of the Lynn Shaw Group, an education and consulting company that specializes in mental health training, first responder wellness, and trauma-informed care. Lynette currently works in this capacity, providing training and coaching to police, fire, EMS, military personnel, and educators. She has trained hundreds of teachers, coaches, and school leaders to recognize trauma in young people. She also serves as a facilitator with Glazier Clinics’ Weight Room Takeovers, helping high school athletes build strength, resilience, and mental toughness.
Tom Clark
With over 32 years of experience teaching weight training and coaching high school football and baseball, Tom has built a distinguished career across Florida, Georgia, and now Utah. Currently serving as the Head Football Coach in Duchesne, Utah, he brings decades of leadership, athletic development, and mentorship to his role. Throughout his career, Tom has been actively involved with Glazier Clinics, contributing as both a clinic speaker and leader of multiple weight room takeovers and training camps. His passion for coaching, combined with his hands-on approach to strength and conditioning, continues to impact student-athletes and coaching communities alike.
Tracey Noble
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Management and truly loves the work she does. A proud member of a family with a rich legacy of military service, Tracey draws inspiration from generations who have served—including her father, father-in-law, and grandfather in World Wars I and II and the Korean War, as well as her son and daughter-in-law currently serving. Their sacrifices to ensure our freedom and safety inspire her every day. Motivated by the resilience and opportunities the military has provided her family—such as access to higher education—Tracey strives to carry that same spirit forward in the fitness field, supporting and empowering others in their personal and professional journeys.
Andrew Gorski
With years of experience running national health fairs, Andrew adapted quickly to Takeovers. His leadership style is flexible, fun, and always student-first. No matter the setting, rural, urban, big, or small, he knows how to connect.
Coaches and military reps alike praise Andrew's ability to adapt, lead, and keep events organized from start of the day until the final bell.
Ben Palmer
A Marine veteran who enlisted right after high school, Ben knows the impact military service can have. He shares how the Marines shaped his life — and how students can take the same step toward purpose, discipline, and long-term success for life.
