WHY IT WORKS

By pairing our school access with your recruiters’ leadership, we create a seamless experience that’s well run, well received, and highly effective.
Your Glazier rep will work to gain administration approval, attend the event, and co-lead class workouts. This allows your recruiters to focus on their top priorities and not event prep work.

- Open the door: We initiate contact, secure approval, and coordinate logistics with school decision-makers
- Pre-event logistics: We support waiver completion, confirm class schedules, and prepare students/staff and attending military reps.
- On-site support: A Glazier rep is present the entire day to serve as a civilian liaison and ensure flow.
- Time and class management: We help manage large groups, transitions, and behavioral issues, so recruiters can focus on leading
- Post-event wrap-up: We provide a recap and feedback to help shape future efforts
- Co-lead the workout or challenge
