Back Training: Triple Grip Protocol

The Triple Grip Protocol is an efficient workout that will allow the athlete to accomplish 3 different movements within the same set, using the lat combo pulldown machine.

Using the lat combination pull down machine:

- Start with 12 underhanded pulldown reps

- Move on to 8 overhanded pulldown reps

- Finish the set with 10 hammer pulldown reps
