Quality Control during the off-season

• Evaluate your season (What did you do well and what do you need to improve?
• Evaluate your personnel (OL, QB, Types of RB's).
• Adapt your scheme to fit the strengths of your players.
• Practice efficiency (Quality vs. Quantity).
• Build around your base runs (RPO, Play action, etc...).
• Consistency in running back play: Alignment, Landmark, Read, Steps, and Tempo.
