Cincinnati Teaching Process T.A.S.K.R
Technique: Applies to what is called and what your responsibility is
Alignment: Based on what the formation the offense is showing
Stance: Usually a base stance unless there is a walk alignment or the lineback is out in space
Key: Visual, verbal, keys on the ball. Your pass key will take you to your run job.
Responsibility A gap, pass coverage, middle field runner, etc...
