Coach McKee's 2 top goals for his program:

1. Get every kid in the school that can help the program out for football.  Every kid who has grown up in the program, is a positive kid, who can add to the culture and help the overall team.
   
   
2. Be as healthy as possible, with as few practice injuries as possible so that they can be playing their best football in the playoffs.

Other Notes:

1. Regardless of the system, you need to know how you're going to block the different fronts that you are going to see.
   
   
2. You have to be able to block at the point of attack without slowing down your feet.  When your brain has to think, you're feet are going to slow down.
   
   
3. With Belly, you need to have a way to block someone who is in the A Gap, someone who is in the B Gap, or when both A and B gaps are occupied by a defender.
