Quarterback One-Hand Drill

1. Quarterback cocks his shoulder so that no further cocking is necessary before throwing.

2. Throw at the receiver’s hand.

3. The receiver should turn 90 degrees to the quarterback and hold out one hand.

4. The receiver will concentrate on the ball and catch the ball with one hand.
