Illustration of RUNNING BACK LATERAL RUN HIGH KNEES HIT AND SPIN DRILL

Lateral run drill puts the ball carrier running across the bags face out at the coach. As the ball carrier crosses the bags he will put one foot between each bag only.

As the running back comes off the last bag he attacks the player who is holding a bag at the end. Upon contact with the bag, the ball carrier will spin-off after contact and then accelerate for another five yards.
