Running Back Shake & Bake Drill

Running back begins this drill by attacking the first back and then makes his first move to his right. Running back plants and shuffles across the bags, keeping his shoulders parallel to the bags. Bag must always keep to the outside, keep the ball away from the defenders. Once all running backs have gone through the drill return from the opposite direction.
