The defensive weave drill helps train the defensive player to avoid blockers while pursuing and tackling the ball carrier.

To run this drill, set up 4 dummies in between the defensive player and the ball carrier (mobile dummy). 

The defensive player will then have to weave in and out of the blockers while pursuing the ball carrier. 

After clearing the last blocker, the defensive player will use good, head up for to tackle the ball carrier and complete the drill.
